Hopefully you're already aware of the overhaul Zoho Campaigns is going through to provide you with the best of email marketing. These changes include adding new features and updating existing ones.

This pursuit has brought us to the next set of updates that went live on November 17. We are excited to present to you organization-level segmentation, our all-new multi-portal support, and an upgraded workflow automation.



This is for subscriber-based pricing model users who autopilot their campaigns using Workflows automation. We've removed repetitive components while keeping the workflow functionalities intact. This will have no impact on running Workflows. It's important to note that beyond September 30, 2022, we will deprecate support for all existing workflows that use old components.


Multi-portal support and org-level segmentation 

 If you're an email marketer handling multiple brands, we have a feature especially for you that now allows you to switch portals and choose which one to monitor. For example, if you're an email marketer for three products, you can have individual portals set up for all three brands under one account using multi-portal support.

Apart from this, all users can now see a new option called Segments inside the Contacts module. This allows you to view all the segments created at the organizational level, even while creating a campaign.
