A decade ago we opened an office for six people in the rural Indian town of Tenkasi. Today, that Tenkasi office has nearly 500 employees, and a recent study has shown that our presence in the area over the years has benefited the local community a few different ways. A recent study conducted by the Economix Consulting Group (ECG) revealed that, as a result of our decade of presence, the Tenkasi community has seen a drastic improvement in its economic welfare and stability. The study also showed positive results in education and empowerment of women.

Introducing Custom Portals in Zoho Recruit. Create and customize portals for different hiring needs. Administrators can now extend Recruit access to their clients, contacts, and candidates. A portal user can then access modules and some of their associated data, such as job openings, candidates, and interviews, that are present inside Zoho Recruit.

Zoho Voice is now integrated with Zoho Telephony allowing you to handle calls directly from any Zoho app you use. Import your agents from Zoho One, CRM, Desk, Recruit, or any other Zoho app into Zoho Voice, and then configure calls for those users so they can make and receive calls directly from the respective apps.
