Zoho_Recruit

Block time and share your interview availability

Zoho Recruit's simplified planning and scheduling features allow admins to now mark varying business hours across time zones and send booking links for interviews directly to candidates. Both recruiters and candidates can now also freely communicate their available time and dates so that overlaps or missed meetings are eliminated.

Zoho_Mail

Introducing a completely revamped Admin Console for managing your organization's email activities. Start monitoring for anomalies with centralised storage and security reports, restrict IP addresses, and exercise spam control.

Meanwhile, webmail users can now stay on top of emails and to-do lists with the new Email Reminders and Snooze feature. Additionally, after POP support, we now offer Zoho Mail as an IMAP client, to help consolidate your email accounts more efficiently.

Zoho_Notebook

We take note-taking to the next level . Zoho Notebook is now integrated with Zoho Meeting, allowing users to seamlessly take notes in online meetings.

Also integrated with IFTTT, users can now create applets linking their favourite apps with Notebook by using the list of triggers and actions provided by Zoho. This no-code action helps streamline your favourite content into Zoho Notebook. Users can also use the existing set of applets published by Notebook in IFTTT.

Now available on Google Workspace, Zoho Notebook users no longer have to switch tabs and can turn emails into notes, and vice versa, from Gmail. Click here to find out more.
