| We started our journey in 1996 as AdventNet Inc., with a focus on network management. In 2005, we announced a name change that represented the evolution of the company. We became Zoho Corp. and designated three divisions of the company: Zoho.com, ManageEngine, and WebNMS. Over the years, these divisions' purposes have remained largely the same, but the breadth and depth of each have expanded, in large part due to the people we've employed. | | |

| Over the last two and a half decades, we've invested in people at the core of our work. We have nearly 100 employees who've been with us for over 20 years, as well as a swath of employees who are younger than the company itself. Additionally, 10% of Zoho employees are graduates of Zoho Schools, our in-house alternative to college education. We intend to expand our people-first efforts by providing traditionally underserved communities more opportunities to climb the first step toward economic freedom. | | |

| Taking place across two days during the last week of February, ZohoDay 2021 was the first time we were able to present and facilitate the entire event virtually, within the Zoho ecosystem.Sridhar posted a Twitter thread with background information on some of the technical details behind the event. At ZohoDay, we previewed some of the things we have in store in the coming months and announced that we now have 60 million global users! | | ZohoDay 2021 took months of planning, and even with all the work beforehand, there were many factors to consider while the virtual event was live. That's why we get such a huge sense of accomplishment when analysts connect with our vision and purpose.
