10 years ago, Zoho made the decision to kickstart its rural revival project and help preserve talent where it belongs by bringing high paying jobs into rural areas.Today, our Tenkasi office has nearly 500 employees, and a recent study has shown that our presence over the years has benefited the local community through skills building and job and wealth creation. With Zoho's deep-rooted philosophy of putting people at its core, the technology that emerges also comes from a place of empathy.

Undiscovered talent can now be effectively sourced using digital hiring technology. Zoho Recruit's customisable recruitment portal lets businesses source candidates from various avenues. Advanced calendar searches can save important interviews and even make calls on the fly, thanks to Zoho Voice integrations with other Zoho apps. Confidential data stored in software solutions must be closely guarded, which is why Zoho OneAuth, our multi-factor authenticator app, currently supports passwordless sign-in and secured recovery functions.

For Zoho, success also means ensuring that less privileged members of society are given opportunities to grow and contribute. We've said in the past that software can be built anywhere and our own journey to prove that began over a decade ago.

Rural Impact

A recent study conducted by the Economix Consulting Group (ECG) revealed that, as a result of Zoho's presence over the last decade, the rural community has seen a drastic improvement in its economic welfare and stability. The study also showed positive results in education and empowerment of women.

What's new

Zoho SalesIQ

Our improved live chat software, Zoho SalesIQ 2.0, now includes customer engagement and analytics features. Besides managing multiple brand's conversations, businesses can now prioritize customers through profile enrichment and scoring, and add contextual conversations via screen sharing. With the new NLP (Natural Language Processing) feature, business bots can now intelligently exchange accurate queries and solutions, while providing domain-specific support.

Zoho OneAuth

The authenticator app has been reimagined to include configurable passwordless sign-in, a one-time password (OTP) authenticator for non-Zoho accounts, and easy recovery modes (secrets).

Zoho Recruit

Introducing Custom Portals in Zoho Recruit for different hiring needs. Administrators can now extend Zoho Recruit access to their clients, contracts, and candidates, even directly communicating with candidates for personal details and onboarding status. There will never again be a shortage of prospects as recruiters can facilitate referrals from colleagues and retrieve prospects from more than one avenue.

Zoho Voice

Two issues back, we announced Zoho Voice, our VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) system. The product is now integrated with Zoho Telephony, allowing you to handle calls directly from any Zoho app you use as long as you are connected to the internet. Import your agents from Zoho One, CRM, Desk, Recruit, or any other Zoho app into Zoho Voice, and then configure calls for those users so they can make and receive calls directly from the respective app regardless of their location.

Zoho Calendar

We’re happy to unveil the redesigned Zoho Calendar, a unified calendar that makes scheduling across all Zoho apps easier. Spot an important meeting in an email? Mark it in your calendar right away and start blocking resources using the new resource booking feature instead of leaving it to the last minute.

Zoho Marketplace

Zoho Marketplace has begun offering featured extensions from our integration partners each quarter. Find ready-to-use extensions that provide capabilities to create personalised content like surveys, polls, chatbots, and more to generate actionable data for lead qualification in your CRM. Find alternatives to communicating with customers through SMS, build forms, and sync collected information into your existing system.
