Introducing ESAP for small businesses


To help small businesses weather this global crisis, we introduced the Emergency Subscription Assistance Program (ESAP) and invited our current small business customers to apply. The program could give you the Zoho software you currently use for free for up to three months.

Addressing the corona threat

In the wake of COVID-19 outbreak, we took an early action to protect our employees and surrounding communities. We called for a company wide ban on travel and cancelled upcoming events, including trade shows, meetups, and Zoholics, our annual user conference series held across the world.

Adapting to remote working by default

We implemented an early 'Work from Home' (WFH) policy for all our employees worldwide as a precautionary measure. We did it to prioritize the safety of our employees, their families, and our customers and business associates. Our software, services, and customer support has continued uninterrupted throughout this time.

Zoho Creator's COVID-19 app program


We wanted to make it easier for governments, non-profits and community organisations to create solutions to help combat the pandemic. We're offering our application-building expertise free of charge, to create solutions that'll help people in the field to combat the disease more effectively. Learn more.

Introducing Remotely, a privacy-committed toolkit for remote working


While we shifted quickly to the WFH set-up, we watched the world adjust to a remote work environment to combat the virus and wanted to help. So we created 'Zoho Remotely', a comprehensive suite of communication, productivity, and collaboration software tools to enable everything people need for remote working. Remotely is being offered for free until July 1st, 2020.


Zoholics 2020 gets called off

We made the difficult decision to cancel our annual user conference 'Zoholics' across 14 countries, including Europe's flagship two-day conference in London, scheduled for May 27th & 28th.

Zoholics UK brings together our largest user base in the Europe. However, we had to prioritise the safety of our users, employees, and our partners. We gave a full refund on all purchased tickets.

We are currently looking into alternative routes to ensure we can bring you help and guidance from our product experts no matter where you are. Watch this space for more updates.


At Zoho, we strive to ensure you can run your business wherever you are, in good times and in bad. This experience has only made us work harder to make sure you can work and run your business successfully from home while keeping your employees and communities safe. Our own tools are helping us see how we can continue to run Zoho well, with our 8,000+ employee base working from home across the globe. This experience will only help us continue to further improve our products to serve what will likely be a trend once this virus is a distant memory.

In spite of cancelling around 30 meetups across the globe, we still managed to bring our Zoho enthusiasts together virtually. We successfully conducted three virtual meetups in Philadelphia, San Diego, and Toronto in the last week of March.
